Allocating work duties & cleaning lists to Accommodation Assistants/ Porters on a daily basis.
Carrying out routine inspections of all check out rooms and spot checks of all occupied rooms.
Reporting and follow up on any maintenance defects or other issues.
Oversees implementation of deep cleaning programs, maintenance reporting and follow-up.
Conducting daily and weekly training to ensure compliance with standards.
Ensuring all rooms & Front of House areas are maintained and cleaned to the highest standard at all times.
Liaising & communicating with Front Office and Reservations teams regarding room status.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

Previous experience in Housekeeping/Accommodation Supervisor's Role/ 2-3 years as a Senior Accommodation Assistant
Excellent customer service & communication skills
Be a good team leader
Excellent attention to detail
Good organisational & interpersonal skills with a flexible approach to work
Fluency in both written and oral English
Good IT skills
