Salary € 0 - 30,000The RoleLeinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full time Customer Service Administrator in Maynooth.Salary up to €30,000The role will include one day working from home after passed probationKey Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Handling customer and supplier enquiriesPreparing and following up on quotationsAnswering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate departmentManaging customer and supplier requests in a timely and efficient mannerCollaborating closely with the sales and finance teamsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliersSourcing products as requiredCarrying out general administrative duties as assignedThe PersonA minimum of 1 year's experience in administration and customer supportStrong organisational skillsExcellent customer service abilitiesStrong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalA positive and proactive attitudeHigh attention to detailStrong multitasking capabilitiesProficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and accounting software systemsThe PackageFlexible working hours following the probationary periodCompany pension schemeSocial club membershipAccess to the VHI Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
