
National Account Manager

- Lead the development weekly, monthly, quarterly action plans and category plans for customers that are in line with the annual account plan and the overall company strategic plan.
- Key responsibility for the sales performance across Brand and Own Brand in your key account.
- Create (with Brand Teams) the strategic promotional planning cycles internally for your assigned Accounts, providing ideas & insight to deliver sales & market share growth.
- Managing and developing great high level customer relationships & networks, built on integrity, trust and respect, networking across all functions.
- Deliver the launch of new products with customers, e.g., selling in the new product, agreeing commercials, providing samples etc.
- Own an accurate sales forecasts, working closely with the demand planning and production teams.
- Develop and negotiate annual Joint Business Plans (JBP) and Long-Term Agreements (LTA) with key retail and convenience customers.
- Key stakeholder in the development and training of the commercial graduates and junior team members.
- Be a leader within the team to support and develop key members to grow and development.
- 4-5 years Sales and Customer Management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a bonus).
- Have excellent numerical and organisational skills.
- Clear communicator with strong persuasive and presentation capabilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Resilience & able to work on their own initiative.
- Full clean driving license.
