We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants in Kildare to join our growing homecare team. This Healthcare Assistant role in Kildare involves visiting clients in their own homes and providing high-quality care and support throughout the day. You will play a vital role in helping individuals maintain their independence and dignity within their community.This is an excellent opportunity for a Healthcare Assistant in Kildare looking for flexible working hours and meaningful, person-centred work.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes
- Assist with daily living activities (e.g. bathing, dressing, mobility)
- Support clients with medication reminders
- Promote independence and wellbeing
- Maintain accurate care records
- Build positive and professional relationships with clients and their families
- QQI Level 5 Certificate in Healthcare or equivalent qualification
- Eligibility to work in Ireland
- Up-to-date training certificates (e.g. CPR, Patient Moving & Handling)
- Current vaccination records
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Flexible working patterns with shifts available 7 days a week in Kildare
