The position can be based in the company's offices in the south of Dublin or be carried out remotely from anywhere in Ireland (a mix of on site and remote is also possible).
The position can be offered as a full-time or part-time role.
The successful candidate will work on a variety of matters, such as drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, supporting risk & compliance, drafting T&C's for company's products (some of which as regulated, others aren't), assist the board, liaise with the regulator, drafting policies, ad hoc legal advice, etc.
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in the payments industry;
- Strong commercial drafting and negotiation experience, ideally gained in-house;
- Experience in a regulated environment and dealing with the regulator, ideally in the financial services;
- Hard worker, autonomous and with a sense of humour.
