- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales updates.
- Operate safely and ethically, in line with company standards.
- Proven sales experience in construction, building products, or merchant/distribution.
- Strong track record of winning business with contractors, housebuilders, and merchants.
- Value-based selling skills with the ability to tailor solutions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Practical understanding of construction projects, tendering, and award processes.
- Business qualification desirable; CRM and MS Office proficiency essential.
- Experience with render products is an advantage.
