- Act as the main point of contact for service customers – in person, over the phone, and online
- Schedule and manage service appointments, ensuring efficient workshop loading
- Provide accurate estimates, explain service work clearly, and obtain customer authorisations
- Liaise between customers and the workshop, keeping both parties updated
- Promote additional services and maintenance plans where appropriate
- Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and promptly
- Ensure all invoicing, warranty, and service documentation is completed accurately
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience every step of the way
- Previous experience in a Service Advisor or similar customer service role (automotive industry preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident with IT systems and booking software
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
