An established yet forward-thinking insurance organisation is on the lookout for a dynamic, Senior Product Owner to join its expanding product team. This is a high-impact opportunity for a delivery-driven expert who excels at leading sprint planning, refining backlogs, and orchestrating seamless collaboration across UX, development, and business analysis teams—from discovery all the way to go-live.In this role, you’ll take full ownership of an entirely new product, guiding its journey from concept to launch. Partnering closely with internal stakeholders, you’ll spearhead the development of an innovative medical insurance software platform built from scratch. With AI now being embedded into the product, there’s an exciting chance to enhance predictive analytics, automate key workflows, and unlock deep, data-led insights across multiple carriers—offering a rare opportunity to shape the future of digital transformation in the insurance space.You’ll report directly to the Head of Product and collaborate with another seasoned Product Owner. As the team looks to grow by 3–4 new hires before year-end, you’ll be instrumental in defining how product delivery is scaled and evolved within the organisation. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience as a Product Owner, ideally within SaaS, insurance, or FinTech environments.This is a hybrid role based in South Dublin, with a move to Dublin City Centre planned for next year. The position requires 2 days per week in the office, working alongside a collaborative and high-performing team.Opportunity:

Skills / Experience Required:

5 + years of experience as a hands-on Product Owner
Experience in insurance / financial services organisations
Experience with SaaS products
