The Senior Sustainability Consultant is the primary client interface in our organisation and shall foster a commitment to excellence in respect to client service and team collaboration to ensure repeat business.Manage a team of 3 to 5 consultants delivering building certifications and carbon assessments. Coordinate Human Resources aspects in conjunction with senior management.Oversee and engage in mentorship of junior members of staff to build positive and engaging team culture.Manage the business development process, writing proposals, executing agreements.Oversee the contractual and financial status of project portfolio in coordination with senior management.Fulfil the primary role of Sustainability (LEED/BREEAM/WELL/HPI) Consultant on projects.Lead and facilitate multidisciplinary team meetings, prepare meeting agendas and notes.
