Overview
As specialists in the design, manufacturing, and wholesale distribution of certified products, they serve long-standing trade and retail partners across sectors such as Electrical, Bathrooms, Kitchens, Construction, Agriculture, DIY, OEM, and more.
Due to continued expansion, they are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead and deliver high-impact projects focused on operational efficiency and cross-functional improvement, particularly in logistics, supply chain, and commercial operations
The Opportunity
This is not your standard Project Management role. You will be a central force in identifying areas for change, managing key business improvement initiatives, and ensuring consistent delivery of strategic projects that drive measurable outcomes.
You’ll be working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a diverse range of strategic projects across the organisation initially focused on logistics, supply chain, and commercial development.
  • Drive efficiency, optimisation, and process improvement initiatives to streamline operations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure delivery of key milestones, on time and on budget.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and risk registers.
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate issues clearly to stakeholders.
  • Create an environment that supports open dialogue, strong teamwork, and transparent communication.
  • Foster a forward-thinking, solutions-driven culture within project teams and wider business units.
  • Champion the company’s values and strategic goals across all project phases.
What You Bring to the Role
  • 3–5 yearsu0027 experience in a Project Management lead role integrating a new WMS
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to delivery.
  • Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills, able to engage and influence at all levels.
  • Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and delivering solutions.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills; thrives in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and building trust with key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).
  • High emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills.
  • A structured thinker who stays calm under pressure and keeps projects moving forward.
  • Experience in Warehouse Management System (WMS) integration
  • Experience in Transport Management System (TMS) integration
