FRS Recruitment are now inviting applications for the role of Agri Merchandiser on behalf of a leading Irish Agribusiness.Our client, who is a leading supplier of agri-inputs and hardware, has made a significant contribution to the Irish agricultural sector over the last 40 years. Due to expansion in both wholesale and retail markets, our Client is now seeking a Agri Merchandiser.This is a full time, permanent role supporting customers Nationwide.The RoleThe Nationwide Merchandiser will be responsible for visiting and supporting existing agri trade customers across the country to ensure our products are consistently presented, stocked, and promoted to the highest standard.The role works closely with the existing sales team, supporting their accounts by maintaining strong in-store merchandising standards, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring our brand is well represented within agri retail outlets.This role plays a key part in strengthening relationships with trade partners while maximising product visibility, availability, and sales opportunities in store.Key Responsibilities
Customer Visits- Call to existing agri trade customers nationwide on a scheduled route plan.
Merchandising & Display- Implement merchandising plans, planograms, and promotional displays where required - Ensure products are correctly priced, positioned, and clearly visible to customers.
Stock Management – Monitor & rotate stock levels while identifying opportunities to expand product range or improve product placement within stores.
Sales Team Support- Work closely with the existing sales team to support their customer accounts. Maintain accurate records of store visits and merchandising activity.
Territory Management- Efficiently manage a nationwide territory. Ensure all key accounts are visited regularly.
