Rental Sales Agent

• Deliver superior customer service by identifying, understanding, and prioritising customer needs.
• Promote and sell ancillary products through a service-based sales approach to achieve monthly targets.
• Accurately process customer transactions, collect required documentation (e.g., driver’s licence), and maintain up-to-date contact details to protect company assets.
• Prepare and coordinate fleet orders, liaising with internal teams (e.g., garage and returns) to maximise vehicle availability.
• Complete all rental contracts and related paperwork with precision and attention to detail.
• Provide customers with essential information, including fuel type, toll procedures, roadside assistance instructions, and return locations.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, taking responsibility for your own and colleagues’ health and safety.
• Undertake additional ad hoc duties as required to support branch operations.

• Proven sales experience with a strong track record of exceeding targets.
• Full, clean EU driver’s licence – essential for the role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and handle objections effectively.
• Positive, professional attitude with strong customer service focus.
• Highly organised, able to prioritise tasks and perform under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
• Candidates must currently reside within a commutable distance with full working rights.
