Salesforce Solutions Architect Reperio is seeking a Solution Architect with the competency to analyze and understand a business's needs, and provide designs for complex solutions. The Solution Architect will work alongside key stakeholders, sales partners and delivery team members.Responsibilities: Collaborate with the sales team to effectively communicate the value of Salesforce solutions and understand complex requirements.Assist Account Executives by providing custom product demonstrations, crafting Solution Architecture, and creating detailed proposals.Offer strategic guidance to drive business value while minimizing technical debt and risk.Lead business discussions with stakeholders to advise on product selection, configuration, and customization.Gather requirements through Salesforce alignment calls and estimate effort levels for proposal creation.Design Salesforce technical solutions, including platform customizations, custom code, and integrations.Evaluate build versus buy options for third-party integrations into the Salesforce stack.Demonstrate deep knowledge of Salesforce product offerings and suggest new features based on client experiences.Required Qualifications:10 years of successful IT experience.5 years of Salesforce Architect experience with demonstrated leadership in solution design and architecture governance.Proficiency in Salesforce integration patterns and web service APIs.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to learn quickly and contribute positively to team dynamics.Experience managing development and deployment of new offerings and enhancements.Implementation experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.US CITIZEN OR GREEN CARD HOLDERS ONLY ** PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE CANNOT ACCEPT C2C, C2H, WORK PERMITS OR VISA TRANSFERS.
