We offer exciting opportunities to work on projects while pushing the boundaries of innovation and digitalisation in the construction industry.Join us and be part of shaping the future of construction.Our Ideal CandidateWe are seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery and transformation of complex capital projects, with a focus on operational readiness and Lean-driven continuous improvement. This role ensures that projects—from design and construction through commissioning and start-up—are delivered with predictability, efficiency, and right-first-time operational readiness.You will integrate Lean principles, operational excellence frameworks, and structured project management to improve reliability, flow, and productivity across all project phases. This position is ideal for an analytical, delivery-focused professional who can work with senior stakeholders, facilitate cross-functional teams, and translate Lean thinking into measurable outcomes that enable successful facility start-ups.Key ResponsibilitiesProject ManagementLead project management maturity assessments and delivery improvement initiatives across workstream transitioning to GMP operations.Identify risks, inefficiencies, and constraints affecting schedule adherence, batch readiness, compliance, and operational performance.Develop and implement execution strategies aligned with schedule, safety, regulatory compliance, and product quality objectives.Facilitate project governance and coordination forums.Lean Strategy & Operational ExcellenceLead Lean maturity assessments and operational excellence initiatives across projects and programmes.Identify waste, variability, and constraints impacting flow, productivity, and schedule performance.Develop and implement continuous improvement roadmaps aligned with project goals: cost, schedule, safety, quality, and productivity.Facilitate Lean workshops, including Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Kaizen events, 5S, A3 problem-solving, and standard work design.Embed visual management systems, SOPs, tiered meeting structures, and escalation routines to support predictable delivery.Operational Readiness & Start-up ManagementManage workstreams within the Operational Readiness program, including Production, Quality Control Labs, Material Operations, and other critical areas.Lead cross-functional teams to deliver readiness objectives, drive progress, and proactively remove roadblocks.Ensure clear communication and alignment between stakeholders to meet scope, timeline, and quality targets.Support facility start-up activities including process validation, ramp-up planning, and readiness execution.Forecast and manage resource requirements across integrated plans to prevent delivery risks.Planning Integration & Schedule ReliabilityPartner with planning teams to translate Lean and readiness initiatives into schedule improvements.Support structured planning practices: phase planning, lookahead planning, constraint management, and readiness reviews.Monitor schedule quality, decision-making, and workface reliability.Metrics, Reporting & Performance ManagementDefine and implement with planning team delivery metrics for reporting.Translate performance drivers into actionable project metrics.Ensure data quality and reporting cadence to enable leadership to make faster, informed decisions.Stakeholder Leadership & Change EnablementBuild strong relationships with project leadership, operations, engineering, and site teams.Facilitate decision-making under tight deadlines, ensuring priorities are understood and acted upon.Coach teams and stakeholders in Lean principles, operational excellence frameworks, and readiness practices to sustain improvements.Ideal Candidate ProfileOperational excellence and project delivery leader with experience in complex capital projects.Strong Lean expertise combined with hands-on knowledge of operational readiness and start-up processes.Confident facilitating workshops, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving measurable improvement outcomes.Experienced in integrating project planning, metrics, and dashboards to support performance visibility.Required Skills and QualificationsEducationBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Scientific, Operations, Project Management, or related field.Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt would be beneficial.Experience7–12 years in Project Delivery, or Operational Readiness.Experience in Pharmaceutical, Data Centre, advanced manufacturing, or regulated/mission-critical environments.Exposure to project controls and planning environments (Primavera P6) is a strong advantage.Technical SkillsLean methods: VSM, 5S, A3, DMAIC, standard work, visual management, Kaizen facilitation.Primavera P6 planning and schedule quality understanding.Metrics-driven reporting via Power BI dashboards and KPI frameworks.Soft SkillsExcellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management.Structured problem-solving with bias for action.Ability to manage multiple initiatives and drive accountability in dynamic environments.High learning agility and flexibility to navigate ambiguity and changing priorities.What's on offerJoining WiiGroup means you get to work with creative professional who want to push the boundaries of innovation & digitalisation.
