- Thursday & Friday: Evening service
- Saturday & Sunday: Lunch and dinner service
- Midweek: 11:00am – 9:30pm
- Weekends: 9:30am – 9:30pm
- Assist in managing all kitchen operations
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety
- Support menu development and daily specials
- Lead and motivate the kitchen team
- Ensure consistency and quality across all dishes
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for fresh, quality food
- HACCP knowledge essential
- Structured 4-day working week (Thursday-Sunday)
