We are looking for a friendly and professional Spa Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our clients.About the roleKey Responsibilities:Greet and welcome clients warmly upon arrival.Manage the spa's booking system to schedule appointments efficiently.Handle phone and email inquiries about services, availability, and pricing.Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records.Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and inviting at all times.Collaborate with the spa team to provide exceptional customer service.Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.Qualifications:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Previous experience in customer service or receptionist roles, preferably in a spa or hospitality setting.Proficiency in using booking systems or scheduling software.Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.Friendly, professional demeanor and a passion for delivering outstanding service.Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.About the companyA family-run hotel & bar group owned and managed by the Gallen Family.Required Criteria

  • Good Command of English Language
  • Customer service experience
  • Working Knowledge of Computers, to include Microsoft Suite
