Founded in 2007, Windward is a leading hospitality management company, managing and operating hotels on behalf of their owners.Join us today as a Housekeeping Assistant!About the roleThe RoleWe are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to play a leading role in delivering outstanding service across all our outlets.Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will lead the floor, mentor the team, and drive standards and profitability across bar, restaurant, weddings, and events.This is a senior leadership role- ideal for an ambitious hospitality professional ready to step up and make their markKey ResponsibilitiesLeadership & CultureTo be “hands on” and lead by example in service delivery and be operationally focusedLead, motivate and inspire great customer serviceMentor and support the other Managers, supervisors, and Front of House teamLead from the floor during busy service, weddings, and eventsRun daily briefings, ensure strong communication, and foster a respectful, high-performance cultureSupport recruitment, onboarding, training, and staff developmentTo ensure payroll is managed on a weekly basisRecruitment and selection of team membersTo ensure all employment legislation is adhered toGuest ExperienceOversee service across bar, restaurant. Conference and BanquetingMaintain high standards of atmosphere, presentation, and serviceRespond to guest feedback with professionalism and careCommercial & Operational PerformanceForecast sales, manage rotas, and control labour costsWork with our stock auditors to control beverage and inventory performanceSupport upselling and guest engagement initiativesCollaborate with the Head Chef to keep FOH and kitchen alignedTo ensure payroll is managed on a weekly basisSystems & ComplianceEnsure full compliance with HACCP, licensing, and safety standardsManage purchasing, stock, cash handling, and supplier systemsContribute to weekly and monthly management meetings and long-term planningTo work with the HR Manager to ensure all HR policies and procedures are implemented and to ensure training and employee engagement initiatives are carried out throughout the property.Who You AreA confident leader with 3+ years in a senior F&B or hospitality management roleSkilled in leading, motivating, and developing teamsCalm under pressure with excellent floor presenceKnowledgeable in restaurant, bar, and event service standardsStrong with budgets, rotas, stock, and supplier systems (experience with Timepoint, Procure Wizard and Guestline an advantage)Flexible to work evenings and weekends on a five-day rosterAbout the companyWindward Management Limited is a trusted leader in hospitality management, renowned for delivering operational excellence and exceptional guest experiences.
