General Service Porter / Shuttle Bus Driver (FT)

- Welcomes guests to the hotel.
- Drive the Shuttle Bus to and from the Airport.
- Provide detailed and accurate information to guests and other departments on a wide variety of services and facilities both within and outside the establishment
- Ensure mail and messages are distributed without delay after receipt
- Maximises customer satisfaction and utilisation of hotel facilities by promoting hotel restaurants and other services to customers,
- Keeps self-updated on all local events, sights, restaurants, activities etc., in order to provide customers with updated information, and assistance,
- Arranges for special services requested by guests,
- Communicate with guests in a manner which promotes goodwill, trust and satisfaction
- Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints.
- Ensures the hotel surroundings are well maintained
- Maintains a clean, organised, and safe environment by performing routine cleaning tasks, adhering to sanitation standards, and ensuring all areas meet quality and health guidelines
- Experience working in hospitality.
- Full clean B Driving Licence required.
- The ability to work on their initiative, as well as being capable of working as part of a team.
- A warm, friendly and approachable personality when dealing with fellow staff and guests
