Gi Group Recruitment are currently partnering with a well-established and growing architectural practice in Limerick to recruit an Architect (Part II / Part III). This is an excellent opportunity for a talented and motivated architectural professional to join a collaborative team working on a diverse portfolio of projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.The successful candidate will play a key role in the design and delivery of projects from concept through to completion, working closely with senior architects, consultants, and clients to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of architectural projects from concept stage through to completion.
- Prepare and develop drawings, models, and presentation material using industry-standard software.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support planning applications, tender documentation, and construction stage information.
- Ensure projects comply with building regulations, planning requirements, and relevant standards.
- Participate in client meetings and design team discussions.
- Contribute to the overall design quality and technical delivery of projects.
- Degree in Architecture (RIBA / RIAI accredited or equivalent).
- Part II or Part III qualification (or working towards Part III).
- Experience working within an architectural practice.
- Strong design, technical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to project delivery.
