Supporting the Store Manager with all aspects of running the store like a well-oiled machine
Leading by example to inspire your team and create a brilliant in-store atmosphere
Managing day-to-day operations – from opening and closing to cash handling and compliance
Delivering stand-out customer service and resolving any hiccups with a smile
Taking ownership of stock levels, wastage, visual merchandising, and promotions
Helping hire, train, and motivate team members to be their absolute best
Getting stuck into sales targets and financial goals – and smashing them

What You’ll Bring:

Previous experience as an assistant manager, grocery manager, or in a similar leadership retail role
