- Manage or support engagements with our clients and provide high quality consulting services to a portfolio of clients.
- Develop and maintain long term client relationships and networks, including the development of relationships with team members across all EY practices to serve client needs
- Understand EY's service offerings and actively support in identifying opportunities to better serve clients across our range of services
- Assist on business development opportunities and support client proposal development efforts.
- Manage innovation in processes and systems, leveraging technology to enhance client performance.
- Manage and Lead diverse teams with varying skillsets.
- Adapt your leadership style to fit team, client, and their cultural needs.
- Contribute to expanding our brand in the market by attending relevant events, collaborating with other internal teams, facilitating thought leadership, etc.
- Engage in business development activities including client presentations and proposals
- Foster a supportive, inclusive and growth team-oriented work culture.
- Excellent client relationship management skills, gained through prior consulting roles or within large financial services / technology organisations
- Expertise in key Finance Regulatory reporting or Regulatory change programmes - for example, knowledge of BCBS239, IReF, IFRS 9, SRB, Stress testing
- Understanding of finance processes, finance technologies and operating models and the ability to bridge the language of both business and IT Delivery
- Proven track record in management and leadership roles in Regulatory or Finance transformation projects and engagements in consulting industry
- Strong communications skills, with experience of managing strategy material and presenting to key stakeholders.
- An accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) applied in a financial institution would be beneficial.
- Minimum of 7+ years' in delivering regulatory reporting or finance transformation programmes, with demonstrated experience of applying methodologies such as Prince2/PMP/Agile.
- Understanding of technology trends and implications on the Financial Services industry.
- Experience of delivery change through multi-disciplinary stakeholders and collaborating across jurisdictions.
- Excellent Stakeholder management skills with a track record in managing complex stakeholder programmes
- Demonstrated ability to manage, supervise and develop others, effectively communicate, manage budgets, timelines, and plans, manage client expectations, deliver quality projects.
