We connect skilled professionals with top-tier public and private hospitals, semi-acute facilities, nursing homes, homecare services, and primary care settings across Ireland.We are currently recruiting a Locum Practice Manager to join a busy and well-regarded GP practice in County Waterford.In this key leadership role, you will oversee the smooth and effective running of the practice, ensuring high standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. You’ll work closely with the GP while managing administrative systems, supporting team performance, and driving continuous improvements.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise the administrative team
  • Manage day-to-day practice operations to ensure efficiency
  • Ensure full compliance with Irish healthcare regulations and guidelines
  • Implement service improvements and support the development of the practice
  • Act as a liaison for internal and external stakeholders
Essential Requirements:
  • Experience working in a busy GP setting is desirable
  • Strong understanding of primary care operations and Irish healthcare systems
  • Proven leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Proficiency with practice CRMs
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
