- Install and wire electrical systems for catering trailers and bespoke mobile units
- Work with 230V and LED systems, including occasional 3-phase wiring
- Diagnose and repair faults in catering equipment and trailer electrics
- Carry out electrical safety checks and compliance testing
- Interpret and work from electrical schematics and technical drawings
- Use electrical testing tools to ensure all work meets regulatory and safety standards
- Collaborate with fabrication, plumbing, and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment at all times
- Fully qualified electrician (RECI or equivalent certification essential)
- Proven experience with trailer wiring, 230V systems, and LED installations is advantageous
- Strong fault-finding, troubleshooting, and repair skills
- Ability to work from technical drawings and schematics
- Proficient in the use of electrical testing equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Capable of working independently is essential
- Strong communication skills and good time management
