As a successful CO+I CE Field Service Engineer, your success will be measured by: Ensures compliance with data center business, service-level, safety, and security policies; promptly escalates and reports issues. Participates in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), FMEA, and risk mitigation activities to reduce high-impact and human-error CE incidents.Oversees day-to-day mechanical and electrical operations in leased datacenters, including MOP/SOP/EOP reviews, change governance, audits, and compliance verification. Supports Emergency Preparedness and Response plans and acts as an escalation point for facilities-related issues.Builds and maintains strong relationships with Engineering Groups, landlords, and regional/global peers, contributing to MBRs, QBRs, and best-practice sharing. Holds self-accountable for end-to-end service quality, availability, safety, security, and overall customer experience, supporting timely escalation to appropriate owners.
