Oversee site health and safety practices in line with company policies and legal obligations
Identify risks and implement effective control measures
Carry out regular safety audits, inspections, and site walks
Collaborate with site management and subcontractors to ensure safety compliance
Deliver toolbox talks and site-specific safety briefings
Support incident investigations and help drive a culture of continuous improvement
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years' experience in a construction health and safety role
Recognised qualification in Occupational Health & Safety (IOSH membership a plus)
