Our client is currently looking for a talent acquisition specialist with over five years recruitment experience, ideally a mixture of agency and inhouse and in the tech industry. The cherry on the top would be experience with WorkDay and if you had experience working immigration and relocation partners. This will be a hybrid role with any amount of flexibility on days in the office. Local Cork knowledge, working with high volumes and strong offer management skills are “must haves”. This role ideally requires an immediate start or a short notice period.Key Responsibilities
- Work with our resourcing team and agency partners to ensure all roles are advertised.
- Screening and interviewing sourced candidates and assessing suitability and culture fit.
- Working as a strategic talent acquisition partner with all hiring managers offer advice, guidance and support
- Active role in interview debriefing
- Responsibility for all offer management and negotiation coupled with responsibility for counter offers
- Working with immigration and relocation partners and educating all potential new employees on local Cork knowledge
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring teams
- Managing multiple high volume niche requisitions and ensuring you are one or two steps ahead in terms of the process
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience ideally in the technology industry.
- Experience with WorkDay
- Demonstrable experience of dealing with up to 30 open requisitions
- Experience dealing with immigration and relocation partners an advantage
- Strong offer management and negotiation experience
- Ability to be proactive and work well on your own initiative
- Genuinely enjoy working in a fast paced and buy environment
