Catering Assistant

• Assist with food preparation and service, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and service areas.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.
• Support kitchen staff with daily tasks, including dish washing and waste management.

• Previous experience as a catering assistant in a high volume is desired.
• Up to date Manual Handling and HACCP certification (can be provided by Excel recruitment if needed).
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
