- Assisting customers both over the phone and in person.
- Handling customer queries professionally and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintaining accurate stock control, including receiving, checking and processing parts deliveries.
- Managing parts orders, backorders, and returns efficiently.
- Preparing and issuing parts to workshop technicians and retail customers.
- Ensuring the warehouse is organised, clean and compliant with H&S standards.
- Completing general administrative duties
- Previous experience in a warehouse role (motor industry preferred not essential).
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good IT and organisational skills.
- The ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
