We help businesses grow by taking care of all their eCommerce order fulfilment and EU VAT management needs from our EU-based fulfilment centre.Red Sky Europe has expanded its services with Taxmatic, an entity offering software solutions that automate VAT calculations, filings, and payments for North American eCommerce retailers in EU and UK markets. Taxmatic seamlessly integrates with eCommerce platforms to access real-time sales order data.RoleAs a Client Success Specialist, your role is crucial in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our clients. You will serve as their main point of contact, tasked with understanding their business objectives, guiding them through the onboarding process, and identifying opportunities to enhance their experience. Your adept problem-solving skills and proactive approach will empower clients to maximise the value of our services, fostering long-lasting relationships built on trust and mutual success. Through effective communication and advocacy, you will collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and drive continuous improvement. Ultimately, your dedication to client satisfaction will not only contribute to their success but also to the growth and reputation of our Company.You will work cross-functionally with operations, sales, marketing and product development to solve client problems and contribute to RedSky Europe's ambitious growth plans.Main Responsibilities
  • Develop a clear understanding of each client's business objectives and align the necessary resources to help them achieve their goals.
  • Assist clients through the onboarding process when required.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the onboarding experience and develop the processes, tools and templates used by the team.
  • Apply creative problem solving to help clients maximise the value they get from RedSky Europe's services and reach their business goals.
  • Nurture deep relationships that result in client referrals and testimonials.
  • Act as the client's advocate during your interactions with other departments and senior management.
  • Other duties/projects as assigned.

  • 2+ years' experience managing client relationships, ideally in a customer success or customer service role.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with a range of teams, managing initiatives at scale and delivering results.
