Plans Specialist - Share/Broker Transfers

- Responsible for the structured planning, execution and monitoring of tasks and timely completion of all processes assigned to you in line with agreed SLAs.
- Execution of broker transfers
- Liaise with participants & brokers in relation to the execution of transfers
- Management of failed transfers and break management
- Management requests from participants or corporate clients
- Assist the Operations Manager in building, implementing, and maintaining streamlined operational processes, identifying ongoing opportunities for process improvement and ensuring we maintain strict operational discipline with minimal deviation from these processes as the functional area grows.
- Where appropriate, develop detailed documentation with respect at to all transfer related processes and in doing so ensure continued operational control and governance over these processes.
- Gain and maintain strong technical knowledge of all aspects of share plan life cycle and provide expert advice and knowledge in your specialist area to the wider business and client base in this area.
- Where appropriate, provide regular status updates to clients, senior management, and other stakeholders with respect to transfer activity.
- Solve a wide variety of complex customer queries and system demands providing exceptionally high standards of customer service as the subject matter expert in all aspects of the share purchase lifecycle.
- Financial services industry experience
- Experience in the handling of significant transactional volume in an operational context, preferably in a complex regulatory environment.
- Evidence of working on or closely with a project designed to radically overhaul processes and operational delivery is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to convey and articulate ideas to a wide variety of audiences.
- Passionate about customer delivery with evidence of championing and maintaining strong delivery to a large client and customer base.
- Product expertise and experience across either SIP, SAYE or ESPP will be a valued attribute, although not essential
- Strong personal and operational organisational skills, able to manage multiple complex activities running in parallel.
