Junior Sales Executive (Intern)- Motor IndustryI am seeking a motivated Sales Executive Intern for our client, a leading automotive dealership in Galway. This is an exciting opportunity to start your career in vehicle sales, working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment where every day is different.About the role:Our client's dealership is looking for an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with people, thrives in a varied role, and is eager to learn. You'll receive full training in all aspects of automotive sales, from handling leads to delivering exceptional customer experiences.Experience required: None - just enthusiasm and a willingness to learn and a fantastic attitude!Key responsibilities

Follow up on warm leads, building relationships and guiding customers through their buying journey.
Create personalised video tours to showcase vehicles in an engaging way.
Manage appointments for in-person consultations and test drives.
Assist with vehicle appraisals and part-exchange assessments.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure customers receive outstanding service.

Training & DevelopmentThis is a structured 1-year training programme including:

2 weeks onboarding at the group office with HR, IT, and experienced Sales & Finance Managers.
4-6 weeks phone & email training in collaboration with the Customer Hub team.
On-site dealership/sales training.
Ongoing feedback sessions and role-specific courses.
