- Partner with senior GTM leadership to deeply understand business goals and align talent strategies with growth objectives
- Own and execute full-cycle recruitment for senior and strategic GTM roles, leveraging advanced sourcing techniques and industry-specific talent pools
- Leverage innovative sourcing methods, including direct sourcing, talent mapping, and engaging passive candidates, to ensure pipelines meet both immediate and long-term hiring goals
- Lead initiatives that refine MongoDB's overall GTM recruiting strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational growth expectations
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring journey for all roles, with a personalized approach that reflects MongoDB's mission, vision, and culture
- Mentor junior team members, supporting their development and sharing best practices for recruiting top-tier GTM talent
- A minimum of 7 years recruiting experience in an agency and/or corporate environment, ideally in a software company or top-tier search firm where you were responsible for sourcing and closing top talent
- Proven experience influencing senior leaders and driving hiring strategies for high-impact roles
- Adept at using talent analytics, hiring trends, and market intelligence to inform recruitment strategies and solve business challenges
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent professional work experience

- Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment while wearing many hats
