Additionally, will handle risk management and mitigation, resource allocation, and problem-solving to ensure the successful delivery of the project.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and develop detailed project plans including interdependencies, timelines and key milestone tracker for the project.
- Develop and implement risk management plans for all projects, identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that risk mitigation strategies are integrated into project plans and executed effectively.
- Managing project budgets, resources, and timelines to achieve cost-effective and timely project completion.
- Consistently report identified risks to the Tech Transfer Manager and senior leadership.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams including Production, CAPEX Projects, Finance, quality control, Supply Chain and Global ownership functions to ensure seamless project execution.
- A Bachelors degree in Life Sciences field
- 5+ years’ experience in Lead PM roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
- Proficiency in Project management processes and procedures.
- Strong Knowledge of API processes would be advantageous.
- Strong understanding of GMP procedures and practices.
- Strong competency in organising and managing complex project activities.
- Ability to work under pressure & managing conflicting tasks at the same time.
- Problem Solving mindset, attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-moving, dynamic setting
