A well-established hotel and leisure property in the Sligo/Roscommon area is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety and operational efficiency of the property.This role is responsible for ensuring all guest areas, accommodation, spa/leisure facilities and plant operations are maintained to a high standard while supporting a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all maintenance activities across the property including guest areas, accommodation, spa/leisure facilities and groundsDevelop and manage planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedulesLead and supervise the maintenance team and external contractorsEnsure compliance with health & safety, fire safety and statutory regulationsRespond to maintenance issues, breakdowns and urgent repairsManage maintenance budgets and control costsConduct regular inspections and maintain maintenance recordsSupport refurbishment and improvement projectsRequirementsPrevious maintenance management or supervisory experienceStrong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and building maintenance systems
