Accounts Receivable AdministratorLocation: On-Site , Roscrea Co. TipperaryWe’re looking for an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our clients fast-paced team and help drive financial efficiency and accuracy across the business.This is more than just a billing role — it’s an opportunity to play a key part in financial reporting, systems improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full invoicing cycle, including resolving customer queries quickly and professionally.
Maintain and update Job Rate Cards, and calculate additional charges where applicable.
Perform daily banking tasks and support light bookkeeping duties.
Deliver clear, concise sales performance reports on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
Assist with year-end financial reporting in collaboration with the Financial Controller and Accountants.
Track and manage licences, agreements, and control documentation, both physical and digital.
Support the development and implementation of best practice processes and continuous improvement strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or Accounts Administration is essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
Experience in financial reporting and data analysis is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with the logistics or haulage industry is beneficial, but not essential — training will be provided.
Experience with Google Workspace and/or Xero is desirable.
