Matrix Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Document Controller on behalf of our client, a leading Medical Device company based in County Offaly.
This is a temporary 6-month contract, working Monday to Friday (37 hours).Your New Job:
The document controller reporting into the QA Supervisor will handle managing controlled documents, ensuring proper approval, issuance, and maintenance, while supporting compliance and operational needs.Responsibilities:Manage creation, revision, approval, issuance, and maintenance of controlled documents.Ensure proper routing and implementation of document change requests.Report document control metrics and maintain required training compliance.Support operations and perform additional tasks as directed by management.What are we looking for?2-5 years' document control experience within the medical device industry, including change control, revisions, and adherence to strict procedures.Strong planning, organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to guide end users.Proven success in implementing documentation for new product introductions and supporting training processes (ICDH).Apply for this job now by sending in a Word version of your CV.
