We're looking for a Regulatory Manager to lead across consumer regulation, compliance, and reporting, ensuring we operate with integrity at every touchpoint.
This is a key role with broad exposure across the business and real influence on how we deliver for our customers.What else it involves
  • Lead compliance across consumer, retail, and service-related regulation
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory codes, reporting requirements, and governance frameworks
  • Partner with teams across the business to embed practical, sustainable compliance solutions
  • Oversee regulatory reporting and submissions to ComReg and other bodies
  • Manage regulatory audits, investigations, and information requests
  • Translate regulatory change into clear, actionable guidance
  • Represent Three in industry groups and regulatory forums
  • Drive continuous improvement in compliance processes and controls
The Skills we are looking for:
  • Strong understanding of consumer and telecoms regulation in Ireland
  • Experience managing regulatory compliance and reporting frameworks
  • Ability to influence and partner with non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience handling regulatory risk, audits, or investigations
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on customer outcomes
  • Play a central role in protecting and enhancing customer trust
  • Influence how regulation is applied across a large, complex organisation
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders across multiple functions
  • Be part of a business that puts customers at the heart of compliance
