As Hotel General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the hotel, ensuring operational excellence across all departments. You will lead a dedicated team, drive business performance, maintain the highest standards of service, and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and profitability. Key areas of responsibility include:Overseeing day-to-day hotel operations across front office, food & beverage, housekeeping, and facilities management.Leading, mentoring, and motivating department heads and staff to achieve operational and financial targets.Managing budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation.Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.Implementing business strategies to grow revenue and improve guest satisfaction.Acting as the face of the hotel for guests, partners, and stakeholders.The Must-Have Requirements to be Considered:Significant experience in the hospitality sector, ideally within hotel operations.Previous experience in a General Manager role or readiness to step up into this level of responsibility.Strong leadership, organisational, and commercial skills.Living in Ireland with the right to work in ROI.Visa and relocation packages are not provided.Salary & Benefits:Salary: €70,000 per annum.Opportunities for career progression within the company.Access to professional development and training programs.A dynamic and supportive working environment.
