The role will move beyond traditional document control to proactively manage the Critical Path of technical submittals and RFIs, ensuring that information bottlenecks never delay project delivery.Core Responsibilities1. Information Governance & CDE Management
  • CDE Custodianship: Manage the Common Data Environment (BIM360 / ACC), ensuring all Information Containers adhere to the project's naming convention (ISO 19650-2) and metadata requirements.
  • Data Integrity Authority: Ensure all documentation (Drawings, Tech Subs, Reports) adheres to ALCOA+ principles, GDP (Good Documentation Practice) standards, and the Project's Information Quality Plan.
  • Quality Gatekeeping: Perform rigorous quality checks on all outgoing information to ensure it meets both internal standards and specific Client/PMC templates, reducing the risk of "return for correction" delays.
2. Information Delivery & Stakeholder Coordination
  • MIDP/TIDP Management: Own and manage the Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP) by aggregating Task Information Delivery Plans (TIDP) from each engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, BIM).
  • Information Expediting: Actively "chase" and coordinate with discipline leads to extract forecasted submittal dates, ensuring technical reviews are completed on time and the MIDP remains accurate.
  • Lead Appointed Party Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for the Client's Information Manager/PMC. You will navigate their unique processes to "unblock" submission placeholders and ensure smooth information flow.
3. Workflow Monitoring & RFI Management
  • RFI Lifecycle Management: Maintain the internal RFI register, ensuring all queries from sub-contractors are formatted correctly, issued via the CDE, and tracked through to closure.
  • Status Reporting: Lead the information status section of weekly project meetings. You will provide clear metrics on submittal status, identify "stale" RFIs, and highlight any discipline leads who are behind schedule.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
  • Qualification: A formal qualification in Information Management, Quality Documentation, or GMP/Data Integrity is essential.
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years in a high-compliance engineering environment (Pharma, MedTech, or Large-scale Infrastructure).
  • ISO 19650 Proficiency: Deep understanding of Information Management cycles, including the transition of information from Work-in-Progress (WIP) to Shared and Published states.

  • Mindset: Highly organized with an extreme attention to detail and the assertiveness to manage multiple tasks to strict deadlines.
