Our client, a well established Life Sciences organisation , is seeking an experienced Quality & Compliance Manager to join their leadership team. This is a key hire, offering the opportunity to take full ownership of quality systems and regulatory compliance while influencing business-wide strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001Ensure compliance with BRC ,GMP+ FSA, and related standardsOversee vendor approval processes, risk assessments, and audit programmesManage HACCP systems and ensure ongoing review and improvementAct as the primary contact for external audits (regulatory bodies and customers)Monitor and resolve customer complaints and non-conformancesEnsure compliance with REACH, CLP, and other relevant legislationManage SHEQ and promote a strong culture of quality and safetyCoordinate regulatory reporting and liaise with external service providersLead, mentor, and develop the quality functionAbout YouDegree-qualified in Quality, Regulatory Affairs, or a related disciplineLead Auditor with strong experience managing audits and compliance frameworksIn depth knowledge of ISO, BRC, GMP+, REACH, CLP, and related standardsBackground in the chemical or a similarly regulated industry is advantageous
