We have a goal of ensuring a robust manufacturing process that can consistently meet ergonomics, yield and throughout requirements. We ensure all our work meets regulatory requirements and work with an extended team to ensure project timelines are met.Come for a job, stay for a career!A Day in The Life Of:Works on documentation set up for commercial builds. (GTINs, BOMs, OPs, DHR)Supports and coordinates production cell set up to MPS requirements.Inputs on SAP ME introduction.Ensure process is implemented with optimum First Time Quality (FTQ).Implements relevant poke-yoke and mix up mitigations.Collaborates on Equipment binders (EBs), EDST, IQ protocols and PMs.Supports calibration activities.Monitors yields, critical defects, LBM & cycle time.Works in partnership with extended Operations & Project Team ( R&D, PD, Quality & RA)Aids with equipment installation.Manages Operations ME activity to ensure project timelines are met.Supports Engineering builds.Key Skills & ExperienceMinimum level 7 Ordinary Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering or related discipline.2 years’ relevant experience.Experience required in manufacturing engineering operations support.Agile MAP experience.Experience in setting up GTINs & MATNRsGood understanding of MPS cell operations and systems.Good interpersonal skills are essential and must be a team player.Experience with SAP ME is desirable.Medtronic offer a competitive salary and flexible Benefits PackagePhysical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.Benefits & CompensationMedtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package
