SSA are recruiting a Health & Safety Officer on behalf of a highly respected Tier 1 Main Contractor for a Dublin-based position. This is a permanent position within the company.About the client:Our client is a Tier 1 Main Contractor who are highly respected within Ireland, and have an impressive portfolio of work throughout Ireland, working on high profile projects.About the role:

Dublin - based role
Become part of a sizeable Health & Safety Team (10+)

Main duties will include, but not be limited to:

Report on the subcontractors' and project teams' safety performance and make suggestions to management as appropriate.
Give toolbox talks and site orientations.
Assist with the collection of Health & Safety Documentation as a whole.
Ensure that everyone on staff is aware of their obligations.
Actively take part in raising awareness of health dangers and on-site training.
Delivery of HSE standards, systems, and processes.
Ensure that all activities and plant equipment have inspection records that are maintained and up to date.

To be successful in your application you will possess the following;

Relevant Qualification in a related discipline
Min 1+ Years Health & Safety Experience
Main Contractor Experience preferable but not essential
