As part of with our team here in Parkmore Galway, you will be helping us deliver our catering services to those working for a large multinational medical device company. AramarkAs Team Lead you will have the necessary knowledge, skills & competencies that will allow you to lead, motivate & manage a team of 15 people. Ensuring that systems and procedures are followed. To work closely with the onsite manager to deliver exceptional customer service and striving to reach targets and align with company values and goals.The role is in a fast-paced environment with the focus on meeting customers’ expectations, building a solid team within the company.Full-time Position (07:00 to 15:00 Monday – Thursday & Friday 07:00 -12:30What we are offering you:

What we are looking for from you:
To work with our front-of-house team supporting the tills and deli counter
A quick learner with attention to detail

Self-motivated and able to use own initiative as/when required

Compliance with our Company’s health and safety policies and practices.
Occasional overtime may be offered depending on site needs.
You must have:
Previous experience in a similar role in a fast-paced catering business is preferred
Excellent time management skills
Knowledge of Food Hygiene, including HACCP, is preferred
A problem-solving mind and solutions-orientated approach with a flexible can-do attitude
Be living in Ireland and available to work in the East side of Galway city .
