The Healthcare Operations & Financial Insights Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting operational efficiency, financial oversight, and strategic project delivery across healthcare services. The role involves collaborating with multiple teams to align service delivery with organizational objectives and provide actionable financial and operational insights to leadership.Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and evaluate financial performance of healthcare facilities and partnerships, including revenue trends and cost management.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators to track operational success and financial health.
  • Support governance frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize service delivery and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare reports and insights to guide decision-making and strategic planning.

Qualifications:
  • ACCA or ACA or CIMA or CPA Qualification
  • Degree or equivalent experience in healthcare management, finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in healthcare settings or services preferred.
