Housekepping Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and staff facilities to ensure cleanliness and presentation meet required standards.
• Assist in training, mentoring, and supporting team members to maintain a motivated and productive working environment.
• Ensure efficient stock control and distribution of linen, amenities, and housekeeping supplies.
• Liaise with other departments, including Front Office and Maintenance, to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Step in to support hands-on housekeeping tasks as needed, demonstrating leadership and teamwork.

• Proven experience in a housekeeping supervisory or team leader role, ideally within a hospitality environment.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• A keen eye for detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• The ability to lead and motivate a team, while also working independently when required.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
