The Role We are seeking a Mechanic to maintain, service, and repair machinery such as Tractors and other agri machinery. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on mechanical experience who enjoys problem-solving and wants to build a long-term career in the agricultural engineering field. You'll work closely with our farm operations team and gain exposure to the latest technology in tractors and machinery, with opportunities to progress into senior mechanical or management roles. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair tractors and machinery; carry out routine maintenance, servicing, and inspections; support in breakdown response; use diagnostic tools and equipment; keep accurate service and maintenance records; ensure high standards of safety and machinery upkeep. Must-Haves: Mechanical background with proven tractor/machinery repair experience; valid driver's license; ability to troubleshoot and solve issues independently; strong work ethic, attention to detail, meticulous workshop cleanliness and safety awareness; flexibility during peak farming seasons.
