Note: Google’s hybrid workplace includes remote roles.Remote location: Ireland.Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Candidates will typically have 2 years of experience in project management.
  • Experience with spreadsheet analysis, document control using an electric document management system (EDMS), and data management.
  • Experience with business information modeling (BIM) and managing projects that improve operations and processes.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Qualification in Quality Management, ISO certification, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience being involved with design coordination of data center facilities, product designs, and electrical, mechanical, and industrial engineering.
  • Experience evaluating and managing risk of products and programs, implementing mitigation plans, and collaborating with and influencing user teams to help reach organizational goals.
  • Experience in building and automating dashboards.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent skills in cross-functional collaboration, task prioritization, and scheduling, and a goal-driven approach in a fast-paced, ever changing environment.

  • Define, develop , implement, and report on regional content management KPIs and dashboards for the region.
  • Define and implement Program Initiative opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with regional content managers and Google Data Center stakeholders to identify best practices, analyze gaps, propose solutions, and share lessons learned.
  • Enhance and build a complete content management process, standards and workflows for design, and construction for different contractual strategies.
  • Monitor the performance and SLAs of our documentation consultants to meet regional and business needs and demands.
