As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Logistics Manager to take ownership of how our products are delivered — ensuring every customer receives their order on time, at the right cost, and in perfect condition.This is a pivotal role that will oversee dispatch operations, delivery partners, packaging, and logistics costs, while continuously improving efficiency and customer satisfaction.What You’ll Be DoingAs Logistics Manager, you will be accountable for the full logistics cycle — from packaging to delivery:

Manage dispatch operations to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped on time.
Oversee delivery partners — selecting carriers, negotiating rates, and ensuring service levels are met.
Monitor and manage costs associated with logistics, delivery, and packaging.
Packaging strategy — ensure products are packaged securely, sustainably, and cost-effectively.
Process improvement — implement best practices to optimise efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance the customer experience.
Team leadership —Train and support warehouse/dispatch staff.
Reporting & KPIs — track performance on delivery times, costs, and service quality, and report back to senior management.
Cross-department collaboration — work closely with Customer Service, Sales, and Procurement to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Provide admin support in the warehouse where required.
Take ownership of additional projects or requests as needed to support business growth and operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain management.

· 3-5 years’ experience managing local couriers with experience in contract negotiations

Strong understanding of dispatch operations, packaging processes, and transport management.
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills with delivery partners and suppliers.
Experience managing budgets and cost control within logistics.
Leadership experience — ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving mindset — able to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Commercial awareness with a focus on customer experience.
IT literacy — comfortable using warehouse/dispatch software, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office/Excel.
A strong interest in the sports & fitness industry is an advantage.
