
Account Manager, Large Customer Sales (English, Russian)

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
- Ability to communicate in English and Russian fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
- Experience working with highly performance-focused and data-driven industries such as Gaming or Non-gaming Apps, Services, Fintech, Mobility or similar.
- Experience in planning, delivering and executing digital marketing campaigns, measurement and creative strategy.
- Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
- Manage trusted relationships with major Middle East and North Africa (MENA) clients.
- Leverage partnerships to enhance our advertisers' businesses and drive account growth.
- Persuade clients of the broader opportunities available through online advertising.
- Monitor and enhance client campaign performance and Return on Investment (ROI).
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to execute initiatives.
