- Providing administrative support across various departments
- Assisting with documentation, reporting, and general office coordination
- Managing internal queries and supporting team members with day-to-day tasks
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring documentation is organised and up to date
- Supporting operational processes and contributing to continuous improvements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an administration or business support role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
- High attention to detail with a proactive and flexible approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
